Door / Trunk Ajar Warning

One or more doors, the hood, or the trunk/tailgate is not fully latched. At highway speeds, a door that opens unexpectedly is extremely dangerous.

1. 1Pull over safely and check all doors, hood, and trunk/tailgate
2. 2Push each door firmly closed and listen for the latch click
3. 3If all doors appear closed but light remains, a door latch sensor may be faulty
4. 4A faulty sensor is generally inexpensive to fix — $50–$150
