// Dashboard Warning Light
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
⚠️ Fix soonamber light
What it means
One or more tires is significantly under-inflated (typically 25% below recommended PSI). Under-inflated tires increase stopping distance, reduce fuel economy, cause uneven wear, and can lead to a blowout at highway speeds.
What to do
- 1Check all four tire pressures with a gauge as soon as possible
- 2Inflate to the pressure shown on the sticker inside the driver door jamb (not the tire sidewall)
- 3Typical passenger car pressure: 30–35 PSI — check your door sticker for exact spec
- 4If the light stays on after inflating, one of the TPMS sensors may have a dead battery
